Very good location (2 Stations close - Shiodome Subway line and Yurikamome line), good service, good staffs, room is cleaned and well preparation every day. Our family are happy to stay here.

the hotel is clean, the service was good and the room was spacious and comfy. they even had foot massage machine in the room, vending machine + washing machine + drier (need to pay) in every floor. overall very satisfying.

We booked 5 nights at this hotel but decided to leave after 4 nights. We found the bed just to hard even with blankets on the mattress. If you like hard beds you will be ok. We also asked for extra.pillows which they happily dropped off to our room. The hotel has fantastic transport links underneath with a subway. They also have a stand by the lifts with lovely satchets of coffee and tea. We arrived on a flight too early for check in and they do not allow this unless you pay a fee which is based on an hourly rate and how many people are checking in in your group. We dropped our bags and went exploring. We got back a half an hour before 3pm to check in and would still have had to pay the early check in fee. Thr lobby was packed with people waiting to check in, luggage and not really a lounge to sit in. I found this absurd if the rooms are ready whats half an hour. It is the only hotel in a months holiday that enforced this. We would never book it again.

Like many eco minded hotels room is cleaned every 3-4 days unless requested. Bed was too firm, pillows too hard and room too warm at night when sleeping/poor air circulation. Nice happy hour daily. Subway access tricky not many signs. Front desk staff not very helpful

I wrote to Expedia and directly to the property and then called the property to ensure there were two beds. Upon arrival we did have two beds but… it we wanted sheets for the day bed we had to pay! Someone actually came to the room with a pillow and sheets but wouldn’t leave them! Then asked to speak to a manager at the front desk and he wanted to see my phone as to when I called and what number I called. I had called from my home phone. Also showed him a number on the site that had a wrong number! Took hours to get the sheets. We had traveled 15 hours and not the greeting we deserved. Over priced for what we got.

First time to Tokyo and being connected to the Shiodome station was a huge plus. Gave us the option to travel to all the surrounding cities. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was stunning and comfortable for our family of 4 (we booked the Executive King Room with Tatami Area). Although it was pricey, it was well worth the comfort and amenities that came with it.

Very clean. Beautiful lobby with free drinks during happy hours. Extremely close to important transit lines and a really nice neighborhood with quiet public spaces. Views of a river and low noise Shinkansen trains just outside and on the way to the transit station..

Fantastic hotel and location. Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was a good size. The only downfall is that the mattress was soooooo hard and uncomfortable. Made it really hard to have a good sleep and the pillow was very uncomfortable as well. Too small, not enough softness. otherwise service was lovely. Friendly staff at the front desk.

We had a lovely stay at VF Grand Tokyo. Shiodome and Shimbashi stations are so close. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Convenience stores and restaurants close when you have had a busy day sightseeing around Tokyo.

I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.
