Excellent welcome from reception staff, beautiful hotel, amazing room very clean spacious and comfortable. Jacuzzi bath was a nice surprise especially after long days on foot around Tokyo. Good location - short walks to various subway stations, restaurants, Tokyo tower. Handy to have a Lawsons on basement level. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely view of Tokyo tower.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The staff and concierge services were high quality, free breakfast was diverse and very delicious, and we received a room upgrade that allowed us to have a great view of Tokyo Tower. This was a good way to spend the last few days of our honeymoon and we look forward to coming back to Japan!

Gorgeous views of the Tokyo tower and proximity to so many attractions. This is a Five Star hotel that I would stay again and again. Top notch hotel!

Everything was excellent, but whatever description on the website is not accurate on the capacity of the room that is why I gave it 4. My room said sleeps 4 they charged me for 4 . When we got there, there was only 2 twin bed and they added a twin sofa bed in the room that fit a kid. If I knew I would have taken 2 bedroom for the price of one. They refused to change the room and told me if I don’t like it I have to upgrade for a suite for extra $1500. Other hotels in Tokyo gave a bed for each person you paid for.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel! Location was within walking distance to multiple train stations and attractions. I enjoyed the quality of the foods that were offered. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff were kind and friendly. My family enjoyed the bowling alley which was a plus for choosing the hotel. The natural hot springs was a pleasurable experience. Bonus was the convenient store located inside the hotel for snacks, water, alcohol, ponchos, etc. However, this hotel is expensive and the dated rooms do not reflect the price. Examples include outdated desks and other furniture, old carpet, small TVs, and mediocre beds. Once they renovate their rooms this would easily be a 5+ star hotel. Also, the restaurants within the hotel were too expensive as well. However, located within walking distance are many restaurants that we enjoyed at a more reasonable cost.

My tour guide was great. I was unsure of the best places to see with only one day of sightseeing, the guide knew all the best sights to see. We had a wonderful mix of things which I really enjoyed.
