ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower

お風呂に髪の毛一本、床のシミはたくさんあったものの、まーいいやと思える高層階の景色でした。 私自身高層階からの景色が大好きで、また泊まりたいと思いました。また、ヘアアイロンやドライヤーも質の高い物を置いていてくれて、そこも嬉しかったです。部屋のサイズも申し分なし！快適な空間をありがとうございました！

Amazing

I loved staying at the ART Hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located next to Bentencho Station and you can access Family Mart, Burger King, Vie de France bakery, Daiso, many other restaurants, and a grocery store on the lower levels of the tower. Highly recommended.

Best views in Osaka and really affordable accommodation.

Room had a little bit smell when we entered but the smell disappeared after the air conditioner was on. There might be unseen flies and I got fly bites twice during our 3 nights stay; the carpet appears rather old, and we felt it was not even when walking on it. We had weak shower spray experience, the showerhead appears to have flower restrictor. Staff are friendly.

Hotel aside from having amazing views, has lots of updating to do. AC didnt work on our rooms. They set to a temperature you can't change. I booked 2 rooms both had the same issue. It was aways from the city, Hotel definitely could use some renovation.

Great spot for vacationers. We just had to cross the street to reach multiple trains stations. Day trips to nara, kobe, the osaka aquarium etc. Room had plenty of accessories. Multiple restaurants just outside of the door. Had lawson, different conbini's all nearby. The hotel had a great view. Housekeeping was prompt, all very nice.

This place was a fantastic stay for an extremely affordable price.

Breakfast is served on both Level 2 and Level 20. However, the breakfast on Level 2 was very basic and did not meet the standard I would have expected after paying an additional US$35 for breakfast. I booked my stay through Expedia, and the hotel staff informed me that guests who purchase breakfast through Expedia are assigned to the Level 2 breakfast venue. Unfortunately, I regretted including breakfast in my room booking because of the limited offering. If breakfast quality is important to you, I recommend confirming before booking whether your reservation includes access to the Level 20 breakfast venue rather than Level 2. Other than the breakfast experience, my overall impression of the hotel was very positive. The harbour views were excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities.

Really great hotel located about 4 to 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel room and the entire property was clean and well maintained. The room was stocked with waters, toothbrushes and toothpastes, little hair brushes and much more. Housekeeping and towel changing was done daily unless you put out the do not disturb sign. There’s a cafe/restaurant located inside the hotel and stores right outside the hotel doors or very close by. Laundry room was extremely small though and machines were always full whenever we tried to go down and do laundry, but there’s a laundromat about a 5 minute walk away. We also had an amazing view of the bay. Would definitely stay again!

Honestly one of the best stays in Japan so far , if you are planning to stay anywhere in Osaka this hotel is very nice and convenient, train station is about a 2-3 min walk , plenty of restaurants right inside the actual hotel building , a 24/7 family mart right outside for any late night snack or beer run, staff was very professional and kind , not to mention a sky buffet with an amazing view ! , just a 10/10 would stay again if I’m ever in Osaka again .

This a pretty good property. It is located in a complex with residential and other shopping properties which makes it very convenient. The highlights of the hotel are the view of Osaka bay from the hotel and the nearby onsen ( you need to pay for it but you get a big discount) . Highly recommend the solinas onsen.

Don’t sleep ON that place go sleep AT that place. The area is great and the hotel is wonderful. And the view…. Was just there one night and regret not making Osaka and the ART hotel our home base for the trip. There’s always next time.

5 stars all the way for this Osaka stay. From the second I walked in, the room was impeccably clean—everything felt fresh, organized, and calming after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were incredible: polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Even with the language barrier, they made everything feel effortless, which I really appreciated. The air conditioning worked like a dream—quiet but powerful, keeping the room perfectly cool and comfortable (honestly a blessing during humid Osaka days). And the amenities were top-notch: thoughtful touches, well-stocked essentials, and everything maintained beautifully. It struck that perfect balance between comfort and convenience. If you’re staying in Osaka, this is the kind of place that makes your whole trip feel smoother.

We had an amazing stay! The view was gorgeous from the 46ty floor. The breakfast was delicious as well. It was very nice to have the station right across as well! The staff was very nice to us. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed how well connected the hotel was to where we wanted to go in Osaka during this trip. 15 minutes from Universal Studios Japan, and near to both the Osaka Loop line, making it easy to get to and from the airport, as well as the Chuo line to get to Osaka castle and the aquarium. The rooms were nice (we had a great view of the bay in ours) and the connection to nearby Solinawa Onsen (special prices for hotel guests) was a highlight
