Staff was very friendly, and kind. The hotel is so beautiful and really worth every penny. Indoor smoking area very convenient, and there is a store across that is 24/7 and came in handy.

Smooth check-in, gorgeous views, and convenient FamilyMart right outside. Close to JR train and wonderful service. Highly recommend 2 days in advance luggage transportation at front desk and using discount for Solaniwa Onsen.

This hotel will be okay if you’re not going to be at the hotel much. The room is small, bed is uncomfortable and there are not many amenities. You can also hear absolutely everything from the hallway to the next room. Overall, needs a face lift. Not impressed.

The area was very convenient and close to the trains for our trip. Great views and the room was clean and spacious. The only issue we had was the temperature inside the room. Floors 30 and above were centrally controlled by the hotel, so the room itself was hot and we couldn't adjust it at all. We could only open the window a few inches to try and cool it down, which didn't help much.

ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower was a wonderful place to stay. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of Osaka, which made the experience extra special. The Sky Buffet restaurant was a highlight — great food with stunning city views. The hotel is very conveniently located near subway stations, making it easy to get around. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were very comfortable and well maintained. Overall, it was a great stay and a hotel we would happily recommend.

We were on the 49th floor. We can’t control the temperature to be lower than 20 degree Celsius. The bathroom, it has an odor that smells. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, they helped us with all the stuff we need.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up and make the bed. They provide basic hygiene items. The bed was ok but no major complaints there. The hotel is right near the trains which was very convenient. The price was great. I would stay there again.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Having a shopping center connected and easy metro access was a big plus. Also just a 5 minute walk from train station. Only very small improvement is only one 3 prong outlet was in the bathroom. Have stayed ay many that at least at man had one in the room for laptopsor easy foreign converters

PROS = wonderful location from two train stations (5 min walk to either JR Bentencho or Osaka Metro Chuo); super spacious room with four beds; separate toilet and bath; FamilyMart across the hotel entrance; hotel is in a building that also houses a Burger King, McDonald’s, a French bakery, grocery store, and Daiso. CONS = the staff’s overall courtesy was baseline and not as warm/accommodating; shower’s water pressure was average; the room had no airconditioning option but only a heating one
