Great place to stay in Osaka. Good location and easy to walk to the metro, train station, food areas. Place was clean and spacious. Convenience stores just around the corner and market nearby. Our kids loved the place!

We had a great stay at Bon Condominium! The room was clean, spacious, and much larger than what we expected, making it a great option for families. The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to multiple train stations, making it easy to get around Osaka.
For families traveling on a budget, I would definitely recommend staying here. They also have a luggage storage area in the back of the building, which was convenient after check-out.
A couple of things to keep in mind: there isn't staff on-site, so you can't have luggage forwarded here. Also, the entrance is tucked away off the main street, and we actually walked past it a few times before finding it.
Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Is very hard to communicate as self check in process.
I received a fake email tie day before the check in says my booking canceled. As in Japan very limited English knowledge it is very hard to communication
There is a line but as we not having sim (only use WhatsApp) hard to communication
It is really frustrating that situation as no way to contact hotel directly
Finally I chat with Wotif team and find my reservation is ok
But as no one to contact quickly is very big issue when need.

Apartment was very clean. Check in process was pretty straight forward with remote check in, a live agent connects to take a picture of your passports and give you the door code you need. Inside apartment there is a QR code posted that you can use to request fresh towels, etc. as long as you do by 10am they provide same day in the early afternoon. 7 eleven down the street and 15 minute walk to Osaka Station.. which is not the same for the Shinkansen btw but for the subway. Overall worked for us. 15 min walk to Osaka Station and from there about 15-20 min metro ride direct to Universal City Station.
