This was my 2nd time staying at the Candeo the Tower, will always highly recommend. The spa and other amenities breakfast area with the south view over the Oebashi Bridge is a must.
A little minus is the toilet size is a bit too small to get in. Other than that, I love the place.

The hotel was stunning! Pictures don’t even do it justice, the room was very lovely and the view was amazing, I’d without a doubt stay here again when coming back to Osaka!

I would not recommend this hotel. While they try to present it as a luxury property, it falls far short of that standard.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable — they simply placed thin padding over a box spring. The bathroom design was poor and awkward to use; getting in and out was a hassle. One major issue was the shower — the walls are glass, and only two sections become tinted while one remains completely clear. This makes it very inconvenient if you’re traveling with children, as you can’t use the shower while they’re in the room.
The worst part was the executive lounge — it was a complete disappointment and not worth a penny. We stayed in three different rooms, and the issues were consistent across all of them. The rooms were also very small.
To top it off, if you don’t request housekeeping through the TV before 8:00 AM, your room will not be cleaned that day.
Overall, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience so others are aware.

The room was nice and clean but smaller than anticipated. The hotel is located in a portion of an office building therefore going in and out is not as easy as I am accustomed to. Furthermore while the pool / spa is promoted - the advertise photos look bigger than it actually is. The food court- did not offer a variety day to day. I found eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner was more affordable and provided the variety I was seeking. The cleanliness of the hotel is on point. The view of the city from my room was amazing as well.
The staff did misplace one of my bags and I had leave without it because I was headed to the airport. I am upset about that as it contained a lot of the items I purchased during the trip.

Very friendly staff and beautiful location. You can easily get to Umeda/Osaka Station (15 mins north) or Yodoyabashi Station (10 mins south) which will take you anywhere you need. Executive bar access is awesome!
Pro tip: Go to CoDeli for drinks and snacks rather than the FamilyMart or Lawson so you can save a little.

The staff at this hotel were extremely rude. Especially those in the morning buffet. We walked in at 9:35am and already had the close sign on the door and I asked and they said they close at 10. I said well it’s not 10 yet and they let us in. The amount of people for the buffet was ridiculous. Everyone bumping into each other food and items running out rather quickly. In addition there is no room service or bell hop. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s a one night thing but several days not worth it. Find another hotel and save yourself the hassle.
