Very nice place with a public bath and sauna for men.

Close to train station and lots of dining options.

It was in spirit what we expected, but was not as clean or organized as expected. Pictures do not match

Staff is friendly and can speak a bit of english if you don't know how to explain something in japanese. Everything's clean, locker and suitcase area accommodation is nice. It's right next to yokohama station, a lawsons, a lot of shopping malls, and a big nighttime scene.

The establishment is easy to locate. Staff are attentive and spoke English well, that made communication very smooth. Showers, bathroom and sleeping area are very clean, very quiet. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would choose this place again when i come to visit Yokohama.

This place is great! Very comfortable and plenty of amenities for everyone. I do wish the capsule beds had doors instead of just curtains, but it was a great experience nonetheless.

It’s good for the price, but don’t expect anything luxurious. Would not recommend staying more than one night.

It was extremely hot during sleeping hours, ventilation was not good. But location is very close to public transportation. Very convenient.

The facilities were super clean, the process was smooth, and there was enough to do around the place at night if you wanted to get something to eat or shop around.

Typical capsule hotel. Had all the amenities and comfortable enough for a night but any longer…. Book alternative accommodation

It’s ok.

We never stayed here. When i got to the front desk they said there was no accomidation for me and my child even though the reservation stated 1 woman and 1 child. Still no refund and no response from Orbitz.

I have stayed at this capsule + twice and capsual + in Shinjuku both were great love the onsen so nice after a long day walking arounf Toyko. The capsuls are modetn and pretty big. The breakfast is at a restaraunt right down the road it is a choice of 4 sandwich and a drink.

This place is simply not good. Be aware, there are no private showers for men. You might think, well this is just the Japanese style when there is a public bath and sauna, and that is true, but in this case these few showers are your only option. This is a hotel, it doesn’t matter if it’s capsule hotel, the showering situation is beyond horrific. The bed had little to no padding and it felt like I was sleeping directly on the wood. It creaked every time I made a micro adjustment and caused body pain all over the next day. The pillow was about as thick as someone putting a breath of air into a bag. The bedsheets were a mess and there was spots of red stains over mine… yep… the lockers are absolutely tiny, I couldn’t even fit a backpack into them. They have a luggage room but during my stay it was never locked so be aware. The only reason for 2 stars was the communal spaces were well kept and tidy.

It is what it says it is. Basic and cheap. It is well run.

I did not like that the advertisement for sauna is for men only, no women allowed. That is the only readon i booked there, and was disappointed

The price advertised outside was almost half of what I paid. The staff tried to explain but I didn’t understand
