Hotel located close to train station and to lot of shopping complex. limousine bus service to airport comes in front of the hotel. Good time staying at the hotel.

Wow! A great location and the view from the room was great with our morning coffee and pre dinner drinks. Friendly staff and very clean.

The bathroom smells and the ventilation is really bad, walked into the room and realized it was really small the bathroom was crammed and it overall was a horrible experience would not recommend

Centrally located property close to shopping, walking distance to Shinjuku and the Meiji Jingu.

Great location but outdated washroom & carpet. Hotel rooms will be renovating between 2026 Oct till 2028 Spring. Definitely will visit again.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are nice and spacious with gorgeous views. We enjoyed staying here and having their hotel breakfast.

This hotel is well located, staff here are ok but language was a barrier, very few speak good English so hard to get service. Breakfast is very strict here, be early as they stop at least 45mins before the official time so you get what’s left if you come later. Rooms are spacious.

Highly recommended. The location is great, easy walking distance to Takashimaya Department Store where you have a great food hall and supermarket in the basement and a “Restaurant Park” on floors 13 and 14. These restaurants are a cut above to the places on the street. There is a pedestrian street accessible from the second floor which provide easy access to Takashimaya, to Shinjuku Station and to the busy streets just North of the station where there are hundreds of restaurants and great shopping. The hotel is at the Southern end of Shinjuku, which puts it in a quieter place and yet still within walking distance to all the wild and crazy stuff Shinjuku and Kabukicho have to offer. The hotel is also within a short distance of Yoyogi Station (located South of the hotel). This is a small station that provides connections to everywhere you want to go without the crazy immensity of the Shinjuku Station. The hotel building has restaurants on the low floors, offices above, the lobby on the 20th floor and hotel rooms above the lobby to the top which is the 37th floor. The lobby is large, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The chairs in the lobby are a bit tattered and uncomfortable, but that is the only negative I can say about the hotel. The rooms are large, the bed is great with very comfortable linens, a table, a desk, a chair and a small sofa. There is a small refrigerator, a safe, coffee/tea kettle and the bathroom is large and comfortable. The room views are great.

I had an excellent stay at Century Southern Tower. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views and a great location right next to Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. The hotel was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. I would highly recommend Century Southern Tower to anyone visiting Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!
