The location is fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable for 3 pax. It is not necessary to include breakfast when you book the room as there is a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. Highly recommended this hotel if you come to Osaka.

The citadines was a perfect stay. The room was excellent, clean & well equipped. The location was in walking distance to restaurants, subway stations, Dotonbori and all the markets. It made our 8 night stay very enjoyable!

Fanatic interior - spacious apartment style rooms, with mini kitchens. Loved the lounge area for guests with coffee and water machines a really nice touch. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Rooms were very clean and the largest and most updated/fresh of all the places I stayed in Japan. I did not love the area around the property (very busy, commercial), but it’s very convenient and seemed safe.

This is our second time stayed in this property. It is excellent in term of location. Namba is very central with all the action spots are within easy reach. Lots of restaurants. The property is spacious . We have premium double have a very functional kitchen and mirco wave. Although we do not cook much. but it is nice to have. The front desk personnel is always very attentive and spoke good English. However I do find this time the housekeeping was not that attentive. I hope they will improve in this aspect.

The bathroom was tiny for a room that was charged for 4 adults by the hotel. Its almost like a cruise ship bathroom with extermely poor design from the sink (practically no space to keep the stuff - you would have to hold your things and keep it outside the room) to the towel rack which is very high and directly over the toilet. No automated flush (airport have a better toilet). Curtain in the bathroom. Only one mirror outside the room by the main door and if you are getting ready - you will be hit by the door. Also, entire hotel has "strict" directions for the guests. Don't do this or that - not treating them like adults. They replaced water bottles with an empty jug that you would have to fill out from the lounge area. Jug so poorly designed that you would likely spill water in the room. The room should not be sold for a family of four and not charged children as adults for everything just because you are able to fit two double beds in the room. Also, the night pyjamas are hidden in the drawer and just one long shirt (unsure if anyone wears them). Not recommended. Staff told me this is what you would get if you want to "save" money - I was confused!

The staff was great. The rooms are very nice. And the hotel is very clean. The only drawback was laundry. Everyone does their laundry in the evening after getting back from a long day out. The driers took a while to dry the clothes because no one emptied the lint try, or even knew how to empty it. So while it took 30 minutes for the washer to finish, it took almost 2 hours for a drier to become available.

Great hotel stay in Namba. Rooms were clean and space wise was perfect for a couple to stay. They have accommodation for 4+ families too, which was a plus. Since you’re in Japan, walking is expected. Many shopping, games and restaurants were in a walking distance, but of course for those who don’t prefer to walk 10+mins, taxi is an option. Overall great stay!
