I had an amazing experience at Citadines Osaka Namba. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Namba with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere despite being in such a lively area. The staff were amazing and helpful. We had several questions throughout our stay and the staff were always friendly and willing and able to help. The room was clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Located 14 minutes from Namba train station and another train Nippombashi about a 5 minute walk. 5 minutes to the outside market and food.

The room was the biggest I've ever had in Japan. The executive twin room had a desk and full kitchenette with a full size fridge. It is a little walk from the stations but nothing terrible and it is right down the street from Dotonbori, which is awesome! Staff was super friendly and the laundry was great! It actually dries your clothes and are full size.

The location of the hotel was close to the food market, where varieties of food was really good. Safe neighborhood to walk around. Shopping was convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful, polite and resourceful. I would definitely go back again!

Our room was on level 2 and very noisy. The hotel is on a busy road so noise from that, from the room above (stomping noise in the middle of the night) and what I assume was a train noise. Made it hard to sleep.
