One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Hotel Universal Port truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and smelled great. I also appreciated the thoughtful layout—the toilet was separated from the shower area, which added extra convenience. Amenities provided were more than sufficient. The hotel is clearly designed with USJ visitors in mind, as the checkout time is very considerate—you can check out at 11 AM, which makes a big difference after a long day at the park. My room had a harbor view, which was lovely, but next time I visit USJ, I’d love to stay in a room facing the USJ Park, especially because the evening sky looks stunning from that side. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Universal Studios Japan. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is amazing and very helpful, we checked in at late night (7pm) due to some condition, and they proceed it fast. The room is nice, clean, got amenities. The staffs are very welcoming. Even though the location is quite away from the crowded areas (dotonbori and ebisubashi) but you can reach those areas for only 5-7 minutes walk. Overall it's a great experience staying here.

Great location for late-night arrivals from Kansai Airport! It’s perfect for shopping in Rinku Town the next day and offers easy JR station access for traveling to Kii-Tanabe on day two. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and easily arranged our luggage transfer for the upcoming week. Thank you Odysis 🫶🏻
