We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Karuizawa. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The location is excellent, peaceful and beautiful, yet still convenient to explore Karuizawa.

The location is very strategic. Exit Nagano station, cross a little and you're there. Below it is Lawson, exit the hotel, turn right, there is Dongki. In front of it is a really delicious restaurant that is open 24 hours. Very recommended hotel 🫰🫰

A very pleasant hotel, close to the station, the bus stop to Hakuba and the Monkey Forest, and close to 711. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, complete hotel facilities, and luggage storage. A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Thank you.

Extremely welcoming and good English speaking staff. The hotel goes out of their way to provide convenience for the guest.
Complimentry food, wine and sake during the afternoon and evening is a great touch.
I had requests including a flower bouquet for my wife on our honeymoon and all were met with a smile. Definitely the best run hotel I've encountered. Would 100% recommend.

I didn't expect much from the hotel, but when I actually stayed there, I was very impressed. The hotel was clean, didn't look old, and had enough amenities as needed. Although the room was small, I was able to sleep with an impression. It's very close to the bus terminal and there are convenience stores nearby. I highly recommend staying here if you go to Matsumoto.
