Extremely welcoming and good English speaking staff. The hotel goes out of their way to provide convenience for the guest. Complimentry food, wine and sake during the afternoon and evening is a great touch. I had requests including a flower bouquet for my wife on our honeymoon and all were met with a smile. Definitely the best run hotel I've encountered. Would 100% recommend.
