The Hotel was in a great location, close to train station and lots of restaurants/shops. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was a complete breakfast, not your simple bun and coffee.

It has a nice location, excellent service, sufficient room space, and good price. The only concern would be that the equipment and facility are a bit old. Hope to see it renewed and remodeled.

Lobby too crowded with guests. Feels chaotic especially during peak check-in, check-out and breakfast hours. I must say though that it’s very near the Hakata Station.

Very convenient, right across the street from Hakata station. Close walking distance to many points of interest. Staff was nice and helpful, didn't speak English very well but used a translation tool yo communicate. Only negative is that the rooms werent cleaned very well.
