This is by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed. The gentleman at the front helped us out hugely when our credit card was frozen. The room was freshly renovated and clean. Super comfortable beds with a small kitchen was great as we usually make our own breakfast. It’s walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Train was a 5 minute walk as was the streetcar. I’d stay here anytime.

The Staff was really very helpful and polite. They even provide frozen mac n cheese in case guest are hungry in the middle of the night. Location was great! Very near train and bus station (less then 10 mins walk). Tram station is just beside the hotel.

Great place to stay. Was conveniently located near the station. Large apartment with shared washing machine on a few floors. Host was nice and provided some welcome snacks in the apartment. Basically like staying in your own serviced apartment.

The unit that we stayed at was very spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. We liked the small kitchenette area as it helps with breakfast and supper needs. The property staff is not present at all times but there is a telephone at the ground floor for emergencies when they are not around. It would be better if the access door to the property and/or lift required security verification but it is actually VERY safe in Hakodate so we never felt that it was a major concern. The property has a nice local restaurant across the road, and is very near the morning market.

We had a wonderful stay at the condominium site. It was nice having so much space compared to Japanese hotel rooms. Incredibly clean and everything we needed for our stay. Location is perfect near station and morning market. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Condo Stella is very conveniently located near the morning market & JR station. It's a bit of a walk, but not too far (~20min), to the touristy / older charming part of Hakodate. The reception was friendly (open 10-9pm so you can only check in during these hours), the amenities were modern and spotless. When I booked here, it was less than the Four Points Hotel down the street and had much more space. Very happy with this choice! Please, note that check out time is 10am here. It was not a problem for us, but was an hour earlier than most other hotels -- so, may be a consideration if you're considering a late start day.

The place was amazing! Very new and well stocked with amenities. We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, very close to three different convenience stores, a lucky Pierrot outlet less than 1 mins walk away and the fish market and other tourist attractions within walking distance. Totally worth your money. :)

The condo is more spacious than I expected. Room is well-equipped and comfortable. Location is perfect for tourists. It is located only 3 minutes walking distance away from JR Hakodate station, and also about 4 minutes walking distance away from famous Hakodate morning market. It is also close to Hakodate railway bus station. I will definitely recommend this condo to everyone.

部屋は広くて、キッチンも付いていたので便利でした。三泊でしたが、タオルやバスタオルなども充分に用意して下さっていて、冷蔵庫も広く、ゴミ箱も至る所に設置されていたし、ドライヤーもワット数なら大きい乾かしやすいものを置いてくれていました。本当に快適だったので、次の滞在も利用したいと思います
