Very good

It was good. Onsen and views were great. Only issues were the slightly bad smell in the room and also the people outside of the hotels property (the area around the property) was just a bit sketchy as they were trying to sell me things.

The onsite in this property was significantly better than my expectation and other similar star hotels.

I loved this place, it was immaculate, very peaceful, very convenient with a 7-11 downstairs, free massage chairs, noodles and ice cream daily! It was amazing! I would DEFINITELY RETURN AND RECOMMEND!

Good location from Keikyu Kawasaki station. Only 20 minutes from Haneda airport. Room is pretty big compared to other Japanes hotels. Easy checkin and checkout.

The buffet layout could be more spread out. During peak hours, you can see everyone crammed together in one spot- it gets really messy.

This hotel was very close to several train stations which was perfect for the last bit of our trip. The amenities at this hotel were the best by far. The onsen was a wonderful experience (daily code for women) as well as the late night ramen. Overall, we would stay here again.

So nice! Feels serene and rural even though it’s steps from the cable car stop. The room was quite large and of course the main attraction was the private onsen out on the porch. Multi-course meals were lovely and I couldn’t get over the view from the dining room! I spent one night and I think 1-2 nights would be a perfect chance to unwind during your trip.

The onsen experience and friendly staff. The atmosphere is warm cozy quiet and comfortable . Location is central to train station as well as great dining options around.

Love love the hot springs……Rooms are on the smaller side and definitely needs more hooks to hang stuff. They offer a complimentary drink which I think should be available 24hrs per day. They also offer Raman noodles at night which we really enjoyed. We stayed there for the hot springs and was definitely not disappointed.

Allowed an early check-in which was welcomed. Comfortable room, a bit on the small side but expected in Japan. Very nice onsen on top floor with fabulous black water. Break room after onsen had nice free treats. Breakfast more than adequate. Downside was no English-speaking television station 7 11 on ground floor which was nice and convenient.

It was so comfortable to stay at their hotel, nice and clean room. The hot springs are also so nice.

The facility is well cleaned and amenities are excellent. I especially liked the large hot spring bath on the 15th floor. I will definitely use this hotel again next time I return to Japan.

Coming from CA, US we visited Kyoto and back to Tokyo for 3 nights.We picked Dormy Inn in Kawasaki due to its proximity to Tokyo at good price and larger room. After arrival we found out that our money, driver's licence and keys were left inside the safe in Kyoto. So we rushed to Dormy Inn counter to make phone call, and decided to rush back to Kyoto to pick stuffs up. The front desk lady informed us the hotel we stayed in Kyoto, Onyado Nono Kyoto Shichijo, belongs to the same chain. So they can send the money to Dormy with no charge. Since we arrived at Dormy at Saturday evening she told us money could arrive on Tuesday, the day when we would leave. So to be safe we decided to extend our stay two more days, instead of visiting the west coast of Japan. Indeed our money and stuffs arrived on Tuesday, when heavy snow fell on the west coast. Many trains were delayed. So we did not miss anything, but spent two more days in Tokyo. Many thanks to Dormy and Onyado!!!!

My favourite hotel chain in Japan! Always clean and excellent staff :) the onsen is my absolute favourite and makes for an amazing stay :) 10/10 recommend to everyone

We visited Tokyo by staying in Kawasaki nearby. The price and room size are much more reasonable. Train ride to Tokyo station is 4 stops for about 20'. We walked through a busting food street with all kinds of restaurants, grocery and bars. We tried several, and one is excellent just near by. They have several front desk speak good English. All of them are super polite and helpful. The room is not spacious as 220 sf, but enough for two with comfort. The bathroom and toilet are in excellent shape. We booked for 3 nights, and extended 2 more. It was a great stay
