Hotel was locked when we arrived(10pm) and no one was there when we checked out. A memo said “please leave a key”. The hotel was clean but extremely under staffed. I only saw two workers. For the amount of money they charged me, I don’t want to go back:(

We arrived after 10 pm and the hotel was locked. We have to make a phone call to open the door for us. The room wasn’t air conditioned when we arrived. Took few hours to get cool down. I don’t recommend this hotel

間違って喫煙可の部屋にしてしまったので、少し落ち込みました。結構タバコの臭いがしてました。チェックインの時、満室みたいだったので、禁煙の部屋への変更をお願いすることもできませんでした。今でも昨日着てた服とマスクはタバコの臭いが消えてないです。その他は、良いホテルです‼️
