I was incredibly impressed with my recent stay at your hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from the vibrant Shibuya nightlife and an amazing shopping experience. Being so close to the train station made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel was within the Toki no Sumika resort so it was easy walking to the restaurants, shops, and illumination. The hotel room was clean but their beds and pillows were hard, which, is the Japanese standard. However, I’m a memory foam type of gal so for me it was very uncomfortable. The view of Mount Fuji from our room was outstanding! We didn’t request a Mountain View room so this wasn’t an additional fee. Their onsen within the hotel was small without an outside onsen. But it was clean and nice. They do provide a coupon for free usage of one of the onsens within the resort, but it was around a 5 minute walk outside the hotel. That onsen was bigger and nice. The breakfast buffet was small but okay. The view of Mount Fuji was fantastic while eating. Overall, I would recommend people to stay at this hotel if you are planning on going to Toki no Sumika for the winter illumination!
