The location was amazing. Everything was convenient like metro, bus stations, and even convenience stores. Central Osaka, and it was such a beautiful experience. Hotel staff were so kind and polite, helpful as well.

The location was excellent, very close to Namba Station and from there to the vast network of trains and subways. Room was clean and breakfast had a variety of options. There are only two things I would suggest as possible improvements: a) having some gluten free options for breakfast (I could eat only few things), and b) having something to use as a desk in the room or within the hotel. My husband needed to work and there was not a place where to put the computer on, in the room or in the lobby.

Fantastic location! 1 block from metro line (Namba Station) and 2 blocks from shopping district with covered walkways - food stalls and shops in every direction. We had a family room with 4 beds (2 twins making a king, and 2 as bunk beds). Perfect size for the 4 of us! We did a small load of laundry that was very convenient on the 2nd floor (600 yen for wash/dry - took 2 hours total).

Clean room and everything was good except for the air conditioning system which is very noisy. It was the second time we stayed in Grids. Staff is somewhat helpful with the help of Google translation because we had undesirable experience on our first night, the room was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep till the whole night. Anyway, I would still recommend this hotel becoz of the location, cleaniness, amenities

Laundry is not completely dry after add another 30min extra. Projama provided in the room does not smell too fresh. Even fter the clean up in the washroom, we can still smell urine.

It is very close to Namba Station but in a quieter area so that was nice. The station is huge so it took a while to get oriented and there are closer exits to the hotel tan Google Maps suggests. Plenty of convenience stores nearby and it took a local to help us find a close by supermarket. Search for Central Life Square or take exit 30 and you’ll be right there. The hotel Itself was fine and the rooms are larger than in Tokyo.
