Food needs some attention

Great property within close proximity to both Disney Parks. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed after back to back Disney days. There is a complementary shuttle to the monorail station (across the street) and the train station which was very convenient. The walk from the monorail station wasn’t bad either (5-7 minutes). Overall great value and a great location.

Clean and great service Breakfast was delicious

Check-in process was easy. Only problem was my breakfast buffet booking (via Expedia), which was supposed to be for all five of us, was only done for two adults, so I had to separately pay for the buffet for my three kids (which was pricey). I was told at the front desk that kids over 7 are considered adults at their hotel. The hotel and Expedia need to work together to fix this. Booking a package (flight & hotel) via Expedia should have been seamless. The hotel staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. There are two convenience stores (Lawson) to get beverages, food, snacks, …a lot! The property also has a Disney Store, cafe, bakery, a little sake bar, spa. I used the laundry facilities. You can pay using 100yen coins or use the app to pay. Using the app was helpful because it notified me when each cycle was done. I got a massage at the spa. It was fantastic! One complaint was the noise from the floor above us. The folks above us were walking/stomping around with heavy feet. We could hear all of their laughing! I went to the front desk to complain and was told the staff would speak to them. After 20 minutes, the noise continued again. I called the front desk and was offered to switch rooms. It was 1:00am, so we weren’t going anywhere. If anything, the room above us should have been relocated since they were all wide awake. Overall, the stay was nice. If we return to Japan, we would consider staying there again.

Nice hotel close to the Disney parks in Tokyo. We had a room over looking the bay and we could see Mount Fuji and the Tokyo bay bridge in the distance

One of the best country and hotel.

Friendly, polite and helpful service at check in despite the line up. Beautiful room overlooking the water and we even saw Mt. Fuji one morning! Comfortable beds and wonderful pressure in the shower. Great idea to have a water pitcher and access to drinking water and ice on our floor vs providing bottles of water. Great location close to the monorail and only about a 5 minute walk. Great amenities available like self serve laundry, convenience store, and bakery. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the Tokyo Disney Resort!

Excellent customer services. Very clean and beautiful place. I didn’t give 10 rating just because I have to pay for use the pool. I can’t believe this service wasn’t included. Other wise excellent.

The hotel is amazing and has a ton of amenities. What I didn’t like is that you have to pay to use the pool.

Prime position for Disneyland and Disneysea

This hotel is nice and clean. However, you have to pay to use its indoor and outdoor pool which doesn’t make sense. Also, the location is not convenient to the city.

The property is very close to Disneyland which was great. With our package we did have the buffet breakfast, to be honest it was not great. The staff gave more of a priority to its honour members, even tho i am one i could not ise it due to booking through Expedia. My daughter wanted some custard from the buffet, she was not allowed because it was only for members. Also waiting to check out, even tho i had been waiting in line longer and the honour members had their own line there were still a priority. Overall the hotel was convenient to Disneyland.

Room and property is in excellent condition. Staff are amazing and good choices are great. Will definitely go back.

The property over all is ok it just doesn't make sense why you have to pay to use the pool. The breakfast/dinner buffet is way too expensive compared to food prices away from the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly very clean.
