The place was very convenient. Close to Don Quijote, train station, and dining places. The places around the hotel are outdated but still very safe to walk around. The room was quite small, but it has everything. We love the onsen and complementary pj. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have coin washing machine and dryer as well as a restaurant on the second floor.

The rooms were small. Traditional beds. Good price if you only need a place to sleep. Great area. We were close to so many things.

Would stay here again! Was just here as a jumping point to my next hotel while I’m in Tokyo. The area is very nice and very walkable to both trains and main streets!

This was our second holiday in Japan. This hotel was close to the train station which was a blessing after logging in 15-20K steps a day. The front counter staff was always friendly and accommodating. My wife complained that the hotel lacked a water filling station. We didn't take advantage of the Bath House but I hear it's quite the experience. We had 2 suites for a family of 4.....1 suite would not have been sufficient....There is not much room to walk around..... crammed. We found our hotel to be quiet and there was daily cleaning and Towel service if needed. There was a magnetic sticker system where you would decide how much cleaning services you required.... daily. Overall....we were very happy with our stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

First time staying in this area but it was perfect. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, spoke English for American travelers who don’t speak Japanese. Very clean will stay again!

Very close to Kamata Station and had onsen in hotel. Ramen restaurant around corner very Oishi. Food in station very good. Walkable to Keikyu Kamata station @15 mins.

Although in an area full of pachinko and slot machines, I felt safe walking around at around 9 pm. Audible train noises, but not intrusive. Very clean and staff were exceptional.
