Staff was excellent! Room was spacious with lots of amenities—so modern! Breakfast had lots of choices. Sauna, steam room was added bonus. Location was superb!!! Would highly recommend Hotel Collective!!!

Most attentive staff I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care by. Clean, modern and rooms are very spacious. Will be staying here again the next time I’m in Okinawa.

Everything about this hotel stood out! Fabulous service, incredible amenities, and the room was 10 times what we expected! Great location, we were able to walk to many events and restaurants.I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Naha. I would give it a TEN if that were possible.

Extremely convenient location, right on the popular street of Naha. Very lively and touristy. Hotel is great, room's bathroom is beautiful. The hotel has a lovely children playroom as well. The minibar is disappointing though with just 2 cans of beers and 2 cans of cold black teas. Breakfast is lovely and has great choice. If you have kids, quickly go and grab the kids' utensils, cups and platware first. They run out of those after the first round of seatings.

Omg!! The best hotel in Naha! Right in the middle of the action, the most wonderful staff, everybody is smiling and helpful. The room was big and well designed! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel, free gym, free refills of our minibar every day!! Wonderful!!!

Difficulty finding the parking and it is a small lot—I got the last available stall all the way in the corner. Check in was smooth with good service. I also didn’t understand how to use the air conditioner so we suffered through the first night thinking it was broken. The next day I propped the door open and a housekeeper stopped by so I asked her about the AC and she showed me that the button needs to be pressed and will illuminate green when it’s on. That was helpful but it would be helpful if they keep those instructions in the room because it turns itself off every time you pull the key card out when you leave the room and you have to remember to press the button again to turn on the AC. It was 90 degrees in Okinawa so it was painfully hot when we were there. Otherwise, this hotel is in the middle of Kokusai-Dori’s action with lots of food and nightlife. It’s a beautiful hotel and the service is good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was so clean and spacious! The location is the perfect place! It’s easy to get to the monorail from here and there is a bus station right outside the doors. I much preferred staying in this location and traveling to the north side of the island for the day. There’s a 24/7 money exchange machine, and it’s surrounded by convenience stores as well! Highly recommend!

Located at the heart of the city, the hotel is not difficult to miss. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Pros: Nice, clean, great service and friendly staff. Clean room, toilet separate from shower area so one can still use the toilet if another is showering. Central to all the shopping and street food in Naha. Pretty close to monorail. All taxis know of this hotel. Breakfast buffet with various Japanese/American type food options. Cons: no laundry room on site, they offer laundry services to be sent away and cleaned, pretty pricey as they charge per clothing piece. I opted not to do laundry here so I cannot fully detail the experience. No iron, amenities do not restocked (maybe not a con as they explain they are environmentally friendly), but finally had to ask housekeeping to refill our soap bottles. Public bath is not an onsen. I didn't personally go but after hearing my husband's experience, he said better off to just use bath and shower in room for all the hassle one needs to do to use this facility. Came from a ryokan stay with hot spring type water, onsen and tubs so if looking for that type of luxury this hotel isn't it. No vending machines or self service ice machine. Have to ask for ice from staff. Overall a good stay in Okinawa but just wish there was a few more amenities to make this stay a 5+star rating.
