Most attentive staff I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care by. Clean, modern and rooms are very spacious. Will be staying here again the next time I’m in Okinawa.

Everything about this hotel stood out! Fabulous service, incredible amenities, and the room was 10 times what we expected! Great location, we were able to walk to many events and restaurants.I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Naha. I would give it a TEN if that were possible.

Fantastiskt hotell! Rekommenderar starkt att ta ett rum där man får access till loungen som verkligen var pricken över i:et med kostnadsfri self-service bar och diverse tilltugg. Hotellet var superfräscht. De hade dessutom en trevlig spa avdelning där man kunde njuta av bad och bastu. Högsta betyg, skulle absolut välja det här hotellet igen!

My favourite hotel we stayed at in japan

Extremely convenient location, right on the popular street of Naha. Very lively and touristy. Hotel is great, room's bathroom is beautiful. The hotel has a lovely children playroom as well. The minibar is disappointing though with just 2 cans of beers and 2 cans of cold black teas. Breakfast is lovely and has great choice. If you have kids, quickly go and grab the kids' utensils, cups and platware first. They run out of those after the first round of seatings.

Omg!! The best hotel in Naha! Right in the middle of the action, the most wonderful staff, everybody is smiling and helpful. The room was big and well designed! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel, free gym, free refills of our minibar every day!! Wonderful!!!

Difficulty finding the parking and it is a small lot—I got the last available stall all the way in the corner. Check in was smooth with good service. I also didn’t understand how to use the air conditioner so we suffered through the first night thinking it was broken. The next day I propped the door open and a housekeeper stopped by so I asked her about the AC and she showed me that the button needs to be pressed and will illuminate green when it’s on. That was helpful but it would be helpful if they keep those instructions in the room because it turns itself off every time you pull the key card out when you leave the room and you have to remember to press the button again to turn on the AC. It was 90 degrees in Okinawa so it was painfully hot when we were there. Otherwise, this hotel is in the middle of Kokusai-Dori’s action with lots of food and nightlife. It’s a beautiful hotel and the service is good.

国際通りに面していて、立地は完璧です。ラウンジ付きのプランで宿泊しました。メニューも豊富でスタッフの方も親切で満足でした。スタッフの方々は皆さん親切です。駐車場の出入り口が出口として看板が表示されていた為入り口がわからず通り越してしまいUターンして入りました。

직원분들이 너무 친철하고 룸도 너무 깨끗했어요. 특히 유아 용품들 사전에 메일오 안내해 주셔서 체크인 하니 방에 모두 준비되어 있었습니다. 아이랑 수영장가니 먼저 오셔서 튜브도 챙겨주시고 중간중간 수영장 물도 체크해 주셨어요. 라운지 분들도 아이 식기랑 다른 것도 먼저 챙겨주시고 너무 행복한 시간 보냈습니다:)

Sehr zu empfehlen, schön,sauber und Zentral gelegen. Frühstück sehr gut aber bisschen zu voll.

ホテルの清潔さとサービスは非常に良いです。 子供と行くにはプールの大きさや周辺のアクティビティに少し物足りなさがありました。
