出張の1泊のみなのでそこまで不満は無いが、旅行での宿泊なら選ばないかも。フロント周辺でも古い感じの臭いがあり、部屋でも若干感じる。
お風呂のカビはカビキラーなどで取れると思うが、何故やらないのか？やってもすぐ増殖するのか？
エアコンを点けっぱなしにしても布団の湿気が取れない感じで、寝心地は快適とは言えなかった。
朝食は満足です。

マンションと一体になっている為駐車場が分からないです。それによりトラブルになりました。
駐車場についても説明もありません。
そもそも駐車場代別なら泊まらなかったです。
部屋に入ってすぐに異臭(前の宿泊者の汗臭？)きつかったです。
シャワーの出方がおかしくほぼホースで洗ってるのと変わらなかったです。

色々と設備が古く、修繕も追いついていません。部屋のドアガードは壊れ、古い鍵タイプのホテル鍵のみ。部屋のシャワーカーテンは浴槽の高さギリギリで、シャワーを使うと水浸しになります。ロビーも少し変わった匂いがしました。

古い。壁も薄いのか、他の部屋の人の咳などがよく聞こえる。エレベーターが遅く1大しかないので混む。歯磨きなどもフロントから自分でもっていくシステムで、歯ブラシくらいは部屋においといてほしい。翌日荷物を預けて昼頃取りに行ったが、その時の対応の人の態度がぶっきらぼうだった。、

昔ながらのホテル、といった佇まいと内装。朝食会場に至るまでの通路や会場そのものなど、絨毯や壁紙に古さを感じるところがあるので、綺麗さ重視の人にはマイナスポイントかも。シングルルームは思っていたより狭く感じた。ホテル駐車場が満車でもすぐ近くにパーキングがあり、利用時は駐車後24時間800円だった。フロント前にある熊本土産コーナーは商品が充実していて、宿泊者無料のマッサージ機も２台あり、とても良い使い心地だった。

金額に対してコスパが悪い。
一晩中トイレタンクに水が流れっぱなしで、良く眠れませんでした．
フロントでは、朝食券を購入したにもかかわらず、朝食無と伝えられるなど、対応に不満ありです。
きっちり日本人スタッフが対応すべきですね。

市内の繁華街に程よく近いし、駐車場も支払いを済ませると、確保してくれた。枕（低反発）やスタンドも無料で貸し出ししてもらった。静かではあったが、窓からの眺めはイマイチ。ユニットバスのところの汚れやカビが少し気になった。朝はバイキングでごちそうだった。

出張の1泊のみなのでそこまで不満は無いが、旅行での宿泊なら選ばないかも。フロント周辺でも古い感じの臭いがあり、部屋でも若干感じる。

そもそも駐車場代別なら泊まらなかったです。
