Room was a little on the cozy side, but everything was neat and tidy. Conveniently located and very walkable to transportation, attractions, food options, and shopping. Staff was wonderful. Great value for the price.

Fantastic location and the front desk staff were wonderful. The room size was tiny. Maybe it should have had a single bed to give move space for bags in the room. I had three nights there and I was starting to find the lack of space a challenge and I was a solo traveller. Breakfast was included and I found the western breakfast very average and decided not to have their breakfast on the third day. The Asian breakfast did look good. I would stay there again for one night only. More than that I would look for larger rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Room was small by western standards, but no complaints. Check in was quick and easy. Small lobby with small cafe, serving American and Vietnamese breakfast and flavored coffee drinks. Very close to Ueno station and amazing interesting alleyways for eating and shopping. Very strange collection of restaurants and bars UNDER the train tracks. Great variety of food and drinks.
