Comfortable and quiet stay

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were great.

They wanted to charge us for not having enough pillows and towels and we also accidentally left some stuff in the room and were told they cannot give back items once they’ve been collected. Worst hotel ever.

Clean room, the staff are great and there are 2 convenience stores nearby.

The hotel itself is great, but the surrounding area can be noisy at night and littered with trash in the morning.

Interesting and lively area

繁華街のど真ん中でですが、就寝に際して煩いとは感じませんでした（金曜夜に宿泊） 設備やアメニティも必要十分、最上階の大浴場もこの規模であるとは思わず、嬉しい誤算でした 同じく最上階のランドリーエリアに無料のプラカップと製氷機が設置されているのも良いですね 一人旅には男女問わずオススメ出来ます

部屋よりバスルームの方が高級でした。お茶はどこにもありませんでした。

Nice place to stay

The hotel itself is fine, but at night the area around the hotel is a little “shady”.

Renovated hotel with an onsen open for a couple of hours per day (3hrs per men/women). The room was the smallest from all of the similar type I have stayed in Japan, without any wardrobe, but clean and tidy.

One subway station away from Nagoya Station, walkable to large hub of restaurants and bars.

A bit noisy at night and light getting into the room. A superb location but staff seemed desinterested. Although one of the was very helpful. They lock access to the property at night to avoid crime, they say, so you better not be late.

The hotel seems pretty new. Great bathroom with an excellent shower. I did find hair that wasn’t mine on the shower wall. The room was big enough for one person. Two would be cramped. There were a few concerns. The hallway smelled strongly of smoke and laundry detergent. The smoking room is on the 9th floor by the public bath. My room was across from both, on the 9th floor. No smell inside the room thankfully. Only one small pillow is included. They tried to charge me to rent a second pillow but I didn’t have change. Eventually they gave me a second pillow. The desk agent during checkout spoke English and seemed kind. I’m not complaining because it was priced low, but if competitive to other hotels, stay closer to the train station. And skip breakfast.
