Great to have a microwave in the lobby – such a useful amenity for guests who want to warm up food! Only small feedback: the current unit heats food quite slowly, so upgrading to at least 1000W would make a big difference. Also, when using the basin, the water drains very slowly – we found we had to remove the stopper to stop water from pooling, which would be good to fix. Overall, this is a really nice hotel to stay at – we had a comfortable and pleasant experience!

Room was spacious for us (2 people). Staff were professional and friendly. I usually want to use coin laundry but they do not have it. The bathroom was a bit small and there was not an enough space to put things. Breakfast was good. It was very convenient as it was in the building of Osaka station. Thank you.
