The hotel is huge and the services are great. Our room specifically was old fashioned and very far from the elevator. The plus side was that the bed was a single large bed and not two adjoined beds.

Lovely hotel, above Ōsaka station, ideal location to explore the city, we used the train system a lot to travel, a lot of the shopping is within walking distance, we used the hotel restaurant and bar, the staff were amazing and looked after us,we would definitely use this hotel on our next visit to Ōsaka

Hotel is sitting in the Center Osaka, Center transportation hub for both JR and metro, shopping at Daimaru department store with Nintendo flagship store, Pokémon Center, Handsbe, and grand front Osaka is a must when you visit the first time, Biggest Yodobashi electronics mega store with many restaurants at the top floor will need your few days just to explore all within 5, 10 minutes walk! Hotel is comfortable and safe! Never regret as I have been staying in this hotel a dozen times at least! Enjoy

The view was amazing but the bathroom was even smaller than the last hotel. The shower curtain needed to be changed. We miss not having laundry machines. Best location for all the things we did.

Very convenient but quite hard to locate if first time visiting Osaka. The Osaka station area can be quite complex. Google map can be quite out of sync when trying to find direction from airport bus limousine drop off point to hotel. Else it is very conveniently located.

Nice place, very great staff, and very convenient to get to where anyone wants to go. Only issue would be is the limited amount of electric outlets in the room especially near the bed. There isn’t any way to plug in your phone near the bed, so you may need to use the outlets on the counter with the fridge on the other side of the room.

I've stayed at this property before. It's convenient to take the trains and metro. The room itself was dated and tired. The refrigerator kept falling over . The in room massage was one of the best I've had. Their buffet breakfast was very good.

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Great location to discover the city in minutes. We are very pleased with the service provided by the hotel, especially we travel with luggage and the staff help us to get in and to take taxi downstairs. 5stars.

Dated rooms with foul odor in the bathroom despite appearing clean. No temperature control in the room and room got too hot making it difficult to sleep.
Beds were too hard to be comfortable.
Receptionist and staff were polite and friendly but they can’t fix the above mentioned issues. The property needs a major overhaul!
Truly disappointing experience and waste of my money. Will book elsewhere next time.

We chose Granvia Osaka because of the location. But the room was very small and did not look very clean. I saw some hair in the bathroom, which was not ours. The floor did not look very clean. It was fine because it was only one night. The room had an air cleaner and a humidifier combined. It had a red light on, so I asked the front desk to have someone look at it. I was told to fill out the water tank myself for "sanitary reasons". I had to figure out how to refill the tank. It was not difficult, but I found it was not sanitary for me to change the water because I had to touch something, which no one knew how it was handled, and I did not have any protective gear. The service can be improved.
