The hotel is in a great location close to the centre and also to the main park which was perfect as we were there for the snow festival. The room was very small but designed in such a way that it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay.

the property is clean, the service is a bit creepy and poor. they tried to charge me again at check-in for my reservation despite the fact that I reserved through hotels.com and prepaid the rate. the location is convenient to the trolley that runs around town. the property is dark, and the rooms small and poorly lit. it probably hasn't been renovated since the 90's or early 2000's.

札幌ドームでのライブのために宿泊しました。地下鉄の駅から近く、コンビニも近く便利でした。歯ブラシはバリ硬なので自分で用意した方がいいでしょう。テレビの裏にコンセント挿せます。冷蔵庫がよく冷えて、缶ビールが美味しかったなぁ。

2度目のホテル滞在でした。前回は出張で、今回は余暇を楽しむ旅でした。 3年前までこの近郊が私の生活園でしたのでとても動きやすく、コンビニも市電にも近いのでありがたかったです。大通り近辺はとても手が出ないお値段ですが、リーズナブルで大変助かりました。　お世話になりました。

部屋は綺麗でスタッフさんも朝ごはんも良かったです。屋内に喫煙ルーム一つあると嬉しいです。そとに灰皿も見当たりませんでしたし、いちいち外に出ないとタバコ吸えない。禁煙ルームしか取れなかったので。

古い建物で、設備も古いですが、清掃は行き届いています。お部屋も狭すぎず、快適に過ごしました。設備に新しさを求めない方には良いと思います。今回は札幌ドームでのアーティストのライブで泊まりましたが、ライブ帰りは札幌ドームからのシャトルバス「南郷」行きのバスに乗り、そこから乗り換えなく帰れたので非常に助かりました。穴場だと思います。
