I would recommend this hotel if you like a quiet area away from the busy part of Kyoto. The staff is very friendly, speak English, and offer luggage services. The Twin-bed room is very spacious and clean. They provide a TV and mini fridge etc. It's walking distance from Nijo Castle and driving distance to nearby temples "Kiyomizu dera" and "Golden Pavillion"

Area is very convenient for tourists.Hotel was above my expectations,super clean and safe.Close to transportation,convenience stores.Cool neighborhood.Love the older taxi drivers😊for a budget hotel you will be pleasantly surprised.

Reasonable room size for triple room. Nice shower and bathroom setup. The room size is bigger than other triple room we booked elsewhere. Walking distance to subway and other attraction.

Location was convenient because it was near train stations to easily get to major areas of Kyoto! Hotel staff were very accommodating and the room was very clean. Amenities were great as well.
