The condition of the hotel is fair. Very close to the local train station and Fuji highland. However the restaurant is not available for our stay. We pick this hotel because we thought we can get breakfast easily. It was disappointing.

The hotel is not a good deal for the money. Expensive and the room is small. The breakfast is below average. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here while my travel companions climbed Mt Fuji. Excellent location for getting to mountain and wonderful onsen for those not doing the climb! Very good breakfast options, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Lots of parking available and views of Fuji!

Nice breakfast and convenient to the amusement park. But a mile away from the lake. The room is too small. No place to put our luggage. Everything is to tiny.

We chose Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort based on reviews and it exceeded expectations! Stunning Mount Fuji views and the top-floor onsen with mountain scenery was incredible. Everything was spotless, restaurant had excellent breakfast and dinner at great prices, and the surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to explore. Convenient bus service to Tokyo Station for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The restaurant staff was not pleasant and made us feel very unwelcomed. Highly disappointed. We arrived with 30 min left until last order and they acted like we were a bother to them. Our room had a pair of dirty mens underwear underneath the bed when we checked in. I travel a lot and rarely leave bad reviews but feel like this one was deserved. The front desk staff was helpful and location was good for us but otherwise highly dissapointed.

The location is great for fujikyu highland and is not too bad of a walk to the lake area. The onsen has a beautiful view of Fuju-san and was best enjoyed in the morning. The onsen is large enough for possibly 12 adults at a time and can feel a little cramped when busy. The amenities they provide and the quality of the facility are great!
