The first time when we checked in the room given was very modern and appealing. However a week later when we checked in again the room assigned was on the 9th floor and to our surprise it didn’t feel as it the same hotel as before. The room was very small with old furniture, bathroom was very old fashioned even the paint on the walls looked ages old. So shocked to see the difference between the floors and the rooms in the same hotel.

They provide pajama, skin care so you don’t have to pack your own. It’s 6 minutes away from the omori station.
Feedback: My friend ordered a ninja wifi and mail it to the hotel, hotel returned the wifi, they said my friend is not registered, yet they asked for her passport and credit card when we check in. Ninja WiFi charged her for the full amount and won’t get a refund, they said it’s our fault for not showing up at the Hotel. Spoke to the front desk and they said only the main person is registered and not the other people that staying with me. I don’t get it, why did they scanned everyone’s passport if they won’t registered other people.

Area is walkable to a train station, which you will need to get to the airport because their advertised shuttle barely fits anyone.
Their air conditioning isn’t controlled room to room they control it in the front and every night was so hot. They are picky about keys and apparently tell some people they can only have one, I was able to haggle for two keys.
Inside of the room is very run down and our bathroom had no ventilation, there is also no window you can open in the rooms.

My siblings stayed here for 2 nights. The room and Japanese style beds were spacious. It just does not have a microwave in the room.
We had a free shuttle bus to the airport which will generally save you 10000 Yen approximately $80. Train system .3 miles.

This was our least favorite hotel that we stayed at on our Japan trip. Good price point, however, very outdated, dark, not very clean. Very inconvenient location- not many restaurants or night life options around. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful with keeping our luggage safe after we had checked out of the hotel. Limited shuttle times to airport. We ended up needing to take a taxi for an additional fee as our timeline did not align with the shuttle times. Would not consider staying at this hotel again if we were to visit again.

We had stayed 2 years ago and they had let us know that the air conditioner was not working. So it was pretty uncomfortable with the heat in the rooms. So we decided stay here again on our second trip. But once again they let us know that the air conditioner was not working. So I think that they do not plan on having AC in the future, I would strongly recommend that you contact the hotel and ask about the AC if you stay here. We had to go purchase a fan and had to crack the door open for a bit to cool the room. I also noticed that the hotel offers electric fans for rent due to the hot rooms. Other than that, it is great. It is a 8 minute walk to Omori train station where you can travel to Tokyo cities within 30 mins.

I thought it was super inconvenient that this hotel does not have a drive up Lobby with bellman to help with luggage and welcome the guest. We had to get out in the parking lot and offload all our own luggage and find our way to the lobby which is on the 10th floor. Now that is unacceptable after you have been traveling international and with 2 people with disabilities.

The property and staff were amazing. No complaints on that part. The breakfast buffett was a bit dissapointing expecially for the cost. Less lunch/ dinner items and more breakfast items like french toast, pancakes, granol, fresh fruits, muffins, bacon, sasage, egg varriations, would be prepered.

We were only staying for one night before we flew out so I can’t say much about the area surrounding the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Check in was easy and we had question about the airport shuttle which the staff explained and helped with (the shuttle does take you to Terminal 1-3). The hotel rooms were a bit small and cramped but relatively clean. The hotel is on the older side compared to others we had stayed at. No complimentary water bottles was provided which is a first for me since coming to Japan (stayed at 4 different hotels in 7 days). They did offered complimentary breakfast which is really nice however we had to get to the airport early and wasn’t able to try it out. There was a Lawson across the street that was very convenient. Overall, if you’re looking for a decent hotel to stay at for a night or two, this is the place. And last check in is at 5am. Close to the airport and they offer a shuttle.
