The staff is very friendly, the first experience of vacationing in Japan felt more comfortable and easy because there is a shuttle facility from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. The staff at the reception are also informative about transportation and tourist destinations around the hotel.

The check-in and check-out is easy. Location is perfect, surrounded by many convenience stores and cafes, restaurants.

Stayed for two nights. There is paid parking next to the hotel, but there is a discount from the hotel. Close to the city center. No connecting rooms for large families. Clean and safe.

The staffs were very friendly. I asked so many things before I went to the hotel (via email) and when I stayed in the hotel (asking for hair iron, scissors etc). Though it needs 30-40 minutes to go to popular places like Yamanote line area, but the area around MyStays Omori Hotel is already nice for me (not crowded too), you can get to Seiyu, Atre, even the park near the hotel is very cozy for me to look around.

The location is quite ok, the room is quite spacious, clean.

We had amazing stay in this hotel.. Spacious room, clean, and we found beautiful park with many someyoshino sakura flower..

The hotel is nice. The service is friendly. The environment is near the residential area. The area is quiet and comfortable. The distance is about 10 minutes walk from Omori Station.

Easy check-in process. My luggage arrived early because it was sent from the previous hotel in Osaka by Yamato transport. Close to train station & free drop off to Haneda airport.

There were 3 of us and this hotel was the answer (because when looking at most places, most rooms can accommodate 2 people. If you want to stay, you have to book 2 rooms). The space in the room is okay. Each person has a bed (2 beds and 1 sofa bed that is made into a bed) and enough space to put their own bags and luggage (I understand that accommodation in Japan has limited space). We stayed for 4 nights and they cleaned the room every day. The room was not cold at all. The bathroom was clean. The receptionists were very cute. I was impressed when I checked in. They slowly pulled the rope off the bag very patiently... The atmosphere of the city we stayed in was very quiet. The air was nice in the morning. I saw a teacher taking little kids out for a walk and enjoying the morning sun. It was very cute. If you come from Haneda Airport, the hotel will provide a shuttle service from the hotel every few days. But if you come from Narita, take the NEX train and then transfer to the JR express from Shinakawa Station >> to Omori (JK18). Get off at the North exit. Let me tell you in advance that it's inconvenient right now because this exit doesn't have an elevator or escalator. It's a staircase that you have to hold your breath and carry your bags up because it's closer to your accommodation. However, when you get off the station and go to your next accommodation, there is now an escalator as usual. Don't worry about convenience stores. There are 7-11/Lawsons/Family Mart along the walkway to the hotel. Very convenient. There are also restaurants, grilled meats, shabu, ramen, sushi in the alleys for you to try. (Not lively, but the atmosphere is great. Suitable for those who want to relax and chill.) In conclusion, I recommend this hotel. If I come to Japan next time around Tokyo, I will choose to stay here.

Amazing place close to the station

location is close to the station, if you want to stay in a quiet area, this is one of the best choices, right in front of the hotel there is also a minimarket and not far from the location there is also a park that can be used to relax and also play with children. the rooms are also clean and the staff service is also friendly

Close to Omori station. Around the hotel it is easy to find food and convenient stores (Family Mart, Lawson, Aeon) and close to Atre Mall. There are Microwaves on several floors, making it easy to heat up Bento purchased at the convenient store

It's so much fun. The location is also very strategic. Comfortable. Quiet. Find a supermarket nearby. I'm from Indonesia, it's quite helpful. Access to the airport is also very close. Thank you.
