Hotel is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance of the downtown Shinjuku area. There are no real amenities at the hotel like a gym or breakfast area, but the rooms are probably the biggest rooms you’ll find in Tokyo. Huge shower, spacious bedroom, and separate toilet room. Loved it!

Most excellent stay! The room had so many amenities such as a sauna, massage chair, karaoke, and large jacuzzi. It was so clean and so nice. The front desk allowed us to stow our bags at 0800 (we arrived very early) and they were delivered to our room upon check in. Great stay- 10/10 would stay again!

Spacious room, very interesting stay. Like the space, bath, and the options to treat the room like an actual getaway for a day. I just wish there was a way to tie off the sound system so I can actually sleep properly. Also: the little extra to rent a Nintendo console with games is also nice l.

Although this place is labeled as a "love hotel", it's actually a decent place to stay for solo travelers or couples. The staff was extremely helpful and even had an English speaker present. My only issue was that the room was pretty warm with no way to adjust the air. I had to open the window to allow the cold air in from outside. I'd honestly stay there again.

First time using a love hotel. Entire experience felt “sketchy”. The hotel clerk is hidden behind a screen and you don’t see their face. Jacuzzi was nice. Location was nice. The room was nice but not clean. Our mattress had stains.

Ok so honestly, I thought the hotel was great. Spacious room, clean, and quiet. There's obviously a reason it's adults only but if you aren't worried about that then it's a great place to stay for the price and location

Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the room initially smelling a bit like smoke (reserved a non-smoking room) and if the AC wasn’t super weak (too hot in the room half the time). The bed was pretty firm. Don’t be mistaken, this is definitely a love hotel - I wasn’t totally sure but didn’t really mind either way and yes, it is. lol. The bath and shower were incredible and the room had ample space. Karaoke in the room was fun too
