Although this place is labeled as a "love hotel", it's actually a decent place to stay for solo travelers or couples. The staff was extremely helpful and even had an English speaker present. My only issue was that the room was pretty warm with no way to adjust the air. I had to open the window to allow the cold air in from outside. I'd honestly stay there again.

Deluxe room with queen bed, massage chair, and lotion mat. TL;DR: I'm pleased and will likely return to try other rooms. The less good: - Frequent door slamming from hallway clearly audible, even at night. - Bed was a bit hard for my preference. - Some wear and tear, plus hard-to-remove stains. - Sofa's back/sides were tall and hard. - Controls (lights, etc.) were hard to reach unless in bed. - Wireless charger only on left side of controls (I'd prefer right side or both). - Ventilation controls were hidden inside the frame (felt a bit unsafe, but worked). - Hotel TV menu still had 'coming soon' sections (e.g., accessory rentals). - No hooks/racks for towels (hand or bath). - Some areas such as massage chair instructions were not translated. - Slightly cramped around massage chair and left side of bed—but worth it for the chair. The good: - Spacious (40 m²) with large round bed. - Excellent bidet toilet: heated seat, most features, plus mirror walls. - Massage chair very enjoyable (though intensity not adjustable down). - Soft bathroom lotion mat—perhaps softer than the bed; full Nuru setup provided. - Plenty of freebies: drinks (cola, water, coffee, tea), amenities, gifts, plus robes/slippers to borrow. - Wireless charger. - Speakers above bed (wish there were some by TV too). - Very friendly staff—classic Filipino hospitality.

Very clean, remarkable Japanese style, everything is well thought out, nothing needed is missing. Staff - Mrs. Masimoto - very friendly and helpful. A great experience!

Great location near everything

Very hospitable accommodation. No problem with the area, laundry mat very close walk. Room was decorated in a fun and classy style. Lots of amenities including hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron. Jacuzzi tub was amazing to have!

Air conditioner was on full power and it was still hot at night. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable

Massive room for Tokyo, a little unique in terms of leaving the hotel, but being a “love hotel” I guess you can expect things like that.

First time using a love hotel. Entire experience felt “sketchy”. The hotel clerk is hidden behind a screen and you don’t see their face. Jacuzzi was nice. Location was nice. The room was nice but not clean. Our mattress had stains.

Good, quiet and inexpensive. In a great location for shopping and eating. Near train and subway lines. The room decor and furniture could use a little updating.

Facilities

The massage chair in the room was broken. And the air conditioning unit was really old and didn’t really work. Staff there was really nice and polite and attempted to help in whatever way they could.

Ok so honestly, I thought the hotel was great. Spacious room, clean, and quiet. There's obviously a reason it's adults only but if you aren't worried about that then it's a great place to stay for the price and location

Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the room initially smelling a bit like smoke (reserved a non-smoking room) and if the AC wasn’t super weak (too hot in the room half the time). The bed was pretty firm. Don’t be mistaken, this is definitely a love hotel - I wasn’t totally sure but didn’t really mind either way and yes, it is. lol. The bath and shower were incredible and the room had ample space. Karaoke in the room was fun too

Literally the most lovely hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Very cute, quaint. It was in a decent area (despite what everyone says. We loved it.) on our last night the hotelier brought us a bottle of champagne as a gift. We barely interacted with anyone but when we did to ask questions it was always a pleasure. Would stay again and will be recommending it to everyone who comes to Tokyo.

Excellent location and a ten minute walking distance to Kabuchiko Tower, with direct bus to either Narita or Haneda. Room is clean with many amenities and separate area for toilet and shower. Very quiet location off the main street and there's a 7-11 just around the corner. Note this is a "love hotel" meant for short time stays but they also allow for overnights.
