Definitely a good place to stay at for solo traveler, train was about 3-5 mins walk depending on you pace.

Very impressed with the accommodation, clean. Floors 5-8 are guest rooms, each room has no drinking water, no TV. For food, I don't eat breakfast, so I'm not worried about that. Other than that, everything is complete, no problem. Complete toiletries, hair dryer, tissue paper. The location is very close to Sensoji Temple and Sumida River. I go for a walk every day. There are many foods in that area. Walk a little bit and there is Don Quijote, open 24 hours. The location is great, right behind Hop Inn. Very close to the train station. I went during the cherry blossom season, the view is very beautiful, worth it. There are staffs all the time, even though they are not at the counter. They are polite and lovely. You can ring the bell to call them. You can leave your bags before checking in. The cleaners will inform you on which days to do it. We just happened to be staying for 5 nights. We will definitely go back to stay again.

It’s a little over a 10 min walk (with luggage and if using station exit 2B with the elevator) but everything else is great. It is quiet and convenient. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious (for Tokyo standards). Will definitely stay here again the next time!

Stayed for 1 night at a double room in 802. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. It was stained, dirty and looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The washroom was clean and had a bidet. Note: there is no TV
