Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints. Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional. The place has a cool vibe between hotel and hostel - it has both types of rooming - lots of great social spaces. Nice rooftop garden and cafe downstairs and computer/chill area on 2nd floor. Over from Wales for the world cup another example of champion Japanese hospitality. Location v good too not far from station and very close to monorail and some supermarkets and great restaurants. would return if in Kyushu for sure - especially if Wales makes the final. C'mon Cymru!

家族4人で滞在するには十分な広さでした。室内の設備はやや古く、部屋が少しカビ臭く、湿度が高いのか洗濯物が全然乾かなかったのが少し残念でした。ただ立地を考えると非常にコスパが高く、また次の機会も宿泊したいと思います！

部屋がカビ臭く、掃除がきちんとされていませんでした。部屋に入ると、スリッパの片方がひっくり返った状態で落ちていました。特に、トイレとシャワールームが酷く、ホコリ、カビが掃除されていませんでした。翌朝、トイレのドアが結露していて、臭いも酷かったです。水の流れる音も夜中充電聞こえ、よく眠れませんでした。梅雨時期だけが原因ではないと思います。今後改善されると良いと思いますが。
