長野マラソン出場のためだと1泊しました。チェックアウトの時間が早朝だったので朝食を利用することができませんでしたが、その代わりとしてゼリーを配布してくれました。心遣いに感謝でした。おかげで完走できました。

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. Small room, bed was pretty comfy. We didn’t use the artificial onsen. Overall it was satisfactory, but nothing special about this place.

it’s accessible location there’s convenience store near the hotel, staff is friendly. room is old but clean only disappointing is the bed and the pillow is uncomfortable.

Hotel Route-Inn Nakano did the job well, which was to provide us a place to stay for the night. Room was clean and non-smoking, as per request. Breakfast was fulfilling and extensive, staff was friendly and helpful.
Location isn't special, you need a car to get around. Beds, pillows and mattresses were quite stiff as usually in Japan. Bathroom was small. WiFi connection was good and overall no complaints. If I were in the area again, I would stay again.

Amazing area especially in winter. Close to the famous Snow Monkeys. Room was cramped for 2 people. Kept hitting my head tryingto go to the toilet. Free parking was an absolutelife saver. Wouldonly stay if on a tight budget.

Conveniently located at interchange with ample parking. We ate dinner upon arrival and was pleasantly surprised and the traditional breakfast buffet filled us us although not really sure what items were what!
Lots of hiking, onsens and the cute little town of Obuse in the area. We stayed in the east annex

喫煙室に宿泊。
暖房がエアコンのみで、ECOモードが自動で起動。
初期起動も遅く、用意された部屋着では足が冷えた。
その他は快適。大浴場からの吹雪も風情を感じた。
スタッフの方の対応も丁寧だけに冬季、夏季の対応を手厚く願いたいです。
