The room was nice and decent amount of space for being smaller. The train station is really close by which is great! Everything I wanted to do in Osaka was over 30 minutes away though. There’s not much to do in this area. Also the hotel charges to store luggage so on my last day I wanted to spend more time before heading back to Tokyo but they don’t hold your luggage for also they just end up storing your luggage by the hallway of the front desk. They don’t have an actual space for it so that was another reason I didn’t feel comfortable leaving it.

Not knowing Japanese wasn't an obstacle checking in. Hotel was immaculate, staff was ultra friendly, and the bed was super comfy. Honestly my only gripe is the shower. The temperature fluctuated a lot between being way too hot to slightly cool but that's honestly a very minor gripe. That said I'd definitely stay again should I ever return to Osaka.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was close to Shinjuku station and the staff was always so helpful with everything. They even helped me book a luggage shipping service to my next hotel in Osaka. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is great for anyone looking to stay near Taisho Station or the Osaka Dome. The hotel is within very close walking distance near Taisho Station. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants, and convenient stores nearby. The hotel had a free onsen, vending machines on each floor, and a breakfast buffet that was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel which is conveniently located - 1 min walk from train station, convenient mart, eateries. Excellent breakfast and snack area with quality drinks and snacks. Nice and clean onsen. Friendly and helpful staff, speaks English, Chinese and Japanese.

Relatively new, staff very polite and the girls spoke perfectly English. JR Rail station Taishô atound the corner. Quiet and clean. Almost good except for checkout at 10 am. Are you serious ???
Safe area, not very clean though outside. Kyocera Dome and Mall a short walk. Nice in total. No bath tubs, only public bath for that. How weird :)

This hotel was very accommodating as we had two kids (6 and 9 years old). It was just 1 minute away from Taisho train station. Room were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had English items along with Japanese. Chefs were very flexible and able to cook certain dishes based on our requirements. Clear and quick check-in and check-out process. Restaurants around walking distance.
