Loved this hotel! Nice and central from places we wanted to visit. The attached 7/11 was a nice bonus. The staff were very hospitable and helped us with any of our requests. The hotel shuttle was also really clutch since we had a few suitcases to haul around.

Comparatively big rooms in Hakata. Many buses from Hakata station passes this hotel so it’s easy. The Hotel offers a shuttle bus in the morning. Breakfast is a winner, they have all the local signature dishes for you to try. The tax free pharmacy across the road is 24 hours. Lots of car parking around the hotel. Definitely recommend

Charming, cosy, comfortable hotel within an easy walk of Hakata train station and close to the canal as well as a number of shrines. Rooms have effective, adjustable temperature controls as well as windows that can be opened. There's a delightful garden at the front with calming water features. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I felt that the reception staff were not as friendly as the typical level of service in Japan. I'm not sure if the staff member who checked me in was having a bad day, but they didn't seem very welcoming and didn’t answer questions in a particularly polite manner.

The room is spacious, tidy and clean. Just a bit far away from Hakata Station, needs to take 15 mins by walk. However, bus stops are closed to the hotel.
Nice staff and provided very good service.
I would recommend the hotel to friends.

The hotel room is in good condition, clean and great in taste. About 10mins walk to hakata station, and there is a shuttle bus to the station too. The breakfast buffet is good and fulfilling.
However, 2 minor points worth the staff to pay attention.
1. The cleaning staff put my cloths (pajama) on top of my luggage which everyone should know luggage is not a clean surface.
2. When we decided to buy breakfast voucher at counter at 9:45am, the staff did not inform us the breakfast buffet line will close at 10am and can only stay there till 10:15am. If we knew it earlier, we won’t buy. So we have to rush…

Checking into the hotel went good, but their Check-in machine did not recognize my confirmation number when trying to check-in that way. Staff was great and kind. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Their parking is pricey, but was told you will have a spot for your parking; however I didn’t not utilize it because it was cheaper to park at the coin parking right next to the hotel.
