Spacious and comfortable hotel. Staff were very accommodating. No problem requesting extra pillows and towels. The hotel is centrally located. Easy walk to hakata station and Tenjin. A plus having access to Netflix and YouTube and a shuttle bus to Hakata station.

The breakafast for westerners was really poor , mainly Japanese dishes and not many vegetarian options, staff was great and polite and helpful thoughout , room was adequate and for once as not cold due to hotel centrally controlled temperatures

Hotel Trad is a good hotel if you are looking for something that is reasonable and reasonable walk to most of the sites. It is not near the train station but the bus stop is only a 3 minute walk. If I were to return to Fukuoka I would probably find a hotel that was closer to Hakata mall or Tenjin shopping district and closer to the train stations.
