Hyatt Centric Kanazawa

Next to station. What we loved about the hotel is well maintained, clean room and very comfortable.

By far the best hotel I have stayed in whilst in Japan.Location is everything and this is right next to station and buses.

Food is a bit pricey but everything is good !

The house keeping crew is very trustworthy and helpful. I left my valuables on the bed and forgot about it since I used my phone to pay most of time. The head cleaning lady not sure who it was found my wallet and placed it in my new room that I transferred to. This was not be a happy situation if elsewhere. Thank you !!!

The property was very close to the train station (with a lot of shops and food options). The rooms and bathroom are large. Unfortunately the bathtub was dirty. There is an also Starbucks next door which is convenient if you need a quick coffee. The breakfast was 5,000 yen per person so we passed. The drinks at the bar were also overpriced and they charged me a fee for the bar even though I’m a Hyatt member and it was supposed to be waived. Ordered desert and it was disgusting. Had better at 7-11.

Location: Perfect. Located at the train station which made arrival and departure convenient. Easy walk to all city attractions. Also located next to the pick up location for many bus tours to area outside the city. Hotel: Very nice. Good gym, nice roof top lounge. Staff: Very nice and helpful. Room: Great size and very well appointed. I would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa. The hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable, but still connected to the charm of Kanazawa. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the station, which made traveling with family much easier. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one of the hotels that made our time in Kanazawa even better. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Centric Kanazawa for anyone visiting the city, especially families or travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service.

The hotel was fine - clean room, no pool, sauna etc. The parking was down the street which was inconvenient and costly - even with the hotel discount.

Highly recommend. Very convenient location and stylish hotel. We booked a suite, and it was a great size and value. The room was well-appointed and sparkling clean. The closet placement was to the right of the entry way by the front door. I liked having an entry way with a small bench to sit or place package, but I did not like having the only closest near the entry way. The bathroom was spacious and the suite had two toilet closets. The toto toilets did not have a dryer and seemed low to the ground. Window shades were all motorized and the room decor was trendy yet Japanese inspired. Location was superb and so convenient with shops and places to eat right next to the hotel. The Kanazawa train station is next door; convenient, modern, clean, safe and connected to a large shopping mall. Kanazawa was a gem and so was the Hyatt Centric!

Clean room, good staff, great location

Beautiful room, very comfortable with great amenities. I really liked the water refill stations and the reusable water bottle provided. In a great location for the train station and bus station and next to a good little shopping centre.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Kanazawa, service throughout the hotel was superb and the room value was great, size and amenities aplenty. Located very conveniently to the Kanazawa Shinkansen station. Very happily stay here again. Thank you.
