Fine hotel, rooms are o.k, breakfast is fine too.
Unfortunately, restaurant was operation only in the morning, all suppose to be facilities on the second floor were not really open, because of the COVID, which is very strange at this point of time. We are already 3 years into this fake pandemic and most places around the world already understand it...

Comfortable and convenient hotel that I’ve come to a number of times. From Centrair airport, ask what train platform to take for Rinku Tokoname. It’s just one stop away. The full, hot breakfast was delicious!

Traveling solo with my 2 boys (age 6/9)...reserved a Queen size bedroom. Bed was more like a king size. Bed was on the firm side. Very convinent to Aeon mall. They were able to hold luggage after check out. Catch Meitetsu rail to hotel (one stop) ¥220, ¥110 child or there is a free bus to and from the mall to the airport. I booked here because it offered the latest check out (12 noon) vs the hotels by the airport which were 10am. Was able to pay +30% of your room rate for a check out up to 3 hrs later. WiFi works well. Small fridge n humidifier in room. Only thing was limited English tv channels. Costco is at the other end of mall but they do not accept the Costco US Visa (only MC)

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, train station and Aeon Mall. The hotel is only a stop from the airport, and 2 mins walk from the train station. Aeon Mall is only 5 mins walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the Mall. Therefore the hotel is great when arriving late or for early morning flights. The rooms are clean and good sized. The bathroom is spacious and the toilet and shower are separate. The breakfast is ok. Price is reasonable.

Beds are firm. Comfortable pillow. Bath/shower area is bigger than in many other hotels. Hot pot and humidifier in room. Fridge too. Mall a few minutes walk away. Airport 1 train stop away, really convenient. Staff doesn’t speak English, but that was ok.

Great location if you need to fly at Nagoya airport, only 1 station from the airport at 220 yen. Room is very big comparing with Japanese standard hotel. Everything in room is new, clean, comfy. Bathroom look like an onzen showering space. However, there is no convenience store nearby, but AEON mall is just across the road.
