The friendliest staff during my stay in 4 different hotels in Japan. The lady at the reception kindly carried our big suitcases to the room. First time in Japan because previous hotels were not so... they even ordered a taxi and took care of our suitcases with the taxi driver when we checked out and moved to the next hotel, the most comfortable and big room during my time in Japan. And don't get me wrong, this hotel is not walking distance to Universal Studio Japan but it is right across the train station which is only 1 stop to USJ. 👍🏻, God willing will stay here if I go to USJ again

Easily the best hotel breakfast in the area. For guests going to Universal City, it is unbelievably convenient while also being quieter than the official hotels. I have a physical impairment which really only becomes obvious to passersby after 15,000 steps (neuropathy and several steel rods in my legs) and having access to the spa also made this hotel worth calling out. Thank you.

Very Expensive & not the advertised standard of hotel. Staff were cold, unwelcoming & had a total “no care” & unhelpful attitude & made no effort to communicate with or without a translator. When asked, they told us we had to walk to Universal studios, rather than let us know it was 1 stop on the train, which was directly across the road & that there was a shuttle bus outside the hotel. A very large hotel with no food options after 9pm, which necessitated walking to 7eleven for food after a long flight. Beds were very hard & so uncomfortable we slept on pillows. Room was clean & adequate. We were far more comfortable & welcomed in much cheaper hotels. A very disappointing experience & We wouldn’t stay there again.
