A too-brief stay of 2 nights and 3 days in Fukuoka. It's a great city with a lot to offer. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable - if you are accustomed to Western-style hotels, be aware that the rooms are quite small by comparison. Everything worked well, including the ability to control the temperature.
As the name implies, it is in the western part of the Tenjin neighborhood, close to lots of shopping and eating, and walkable (a little further) to areas such as the popular Canal City Hakata.
Short walk to two stations on the Airport line, which takes you to Hakata Station and also directly to Fukuoka Int'l Airport - cheap and efficient.
The staff were polite and efficient. Check-in was at a kiosk, with some assistance from staff. A special note about Mr. Chun, who was very friendly and helpful. He also speaks excellent English.
Note: the entrance is easy to pass - enter just to the left of Cafe Max coffee shop.

It's also close to the subway station,making it easy to get around.but the cleaning was decent.
The shower has good water pressure and the air conditioning works well.

The property was what I expected with this price. The location was convenient.
My only concern was the safety. Frontdesk staff were not paying attetion to guets coming in. They do not check your room key nor greet you.

地下鉄駅から近く、どこへでもアクセスでき、周辺にドラッグストアや飲食店があり、立地は最高。

スタッフはそこそこ丁寧だったし、掃除も気にならない程度には行き届いてました。
駅から近く、チェックインとチェックアウトがスムーズでした。

ツインルームに宿泊しました。
お部屋は清潔感があって快適に過ごせました。
気になる点としてはエアコンの音がそこそこうるさいことですかね。
夜中は少し気になりました。
周辺環境は天神の中心地から少し離れるので静かですが、徒歩で天神を巡れるので良いと思います。
