The staff was great

An amazing 1 night stay before our flight back to Heathrow. Free shuttle to the airport, complimentary drink on arrival as our room was 10mins late being ready. Superb and highly recommend.

Staff were sweet and helped us navigate the subway system out first day. Very clean, loved staying here.

Absolutely stunning hotel

Very nice, clean, well maintained property. Breakfast included (I stayed 3 nights). Heated toilet seats with bidet <3 style of property and room very futuristic, sleek, and tech savvy. Glassed water is free but no stations to fill up water bottle/canister. Was surprised worker filled up my bottle with sink water but I think that’s normal here, hopefully she wasn’t being degrading (fingers crossed). Otorii station to get everywhere is mins away (near subway) as well as 7/11 & Lawson. Tōkyō /shibuya/Shinjuku 30min away. Hotel shuttle awesome, offered me late checkout to accommodate flight/shuttle. Would stay again.

Amazing value for the quality of the stay at Mercure Hotel! Convenient location to conbinis, restaurants, laundry and the train. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and ready to assist. Will definitely be staying here again for our next trip!

Good quality modern hotel close to haneda airport. They run a free shuttle every 30 minutes. The rooms are small with little space to open suitcases so watch out for that. Good value though

Excellent location, on the haneda airport line. Hotel has a free shuttle to and from airport as part of the amenities. Really nice hotel across from all the convenience stores. I wish they would a laundry room.

Amazing property close to the airport. Clean, spacious, tons of amenities.

The hotel is clean modern and quiet with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast choices are excellent with both western and Japanese food and good coffee. Free shuttle from the airport is great, however the return shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning. Our flight home was at 10pm so we stored our luggage and took the train. The Otorii metro station is 4 minutes walk along the street for trips to other parts of Tokyo. Download and study the maps well in advance if you're going to use it though! We ate dinner at their restaurant, expensive and not have much choice on the menu but after a full day exploring we didn't want to go out again! We definitely recommend a stay here. We loved the hotel. Everything about it was great. We loved talking with the evening bartender too. He called himself Shack (not sure of the spelling).
