Kamar hotel sangat nyaman untuk 5 orang per kamar. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun Kyoto maupun pemberhentian bus, sehingga kami cukup berjalan kaki sebentar. Seluruh staff hotel sangat ramah & profesional, bahkan bersedia membantu kami menerima titipan 5 koper besar pada jam 06.00 pagi meskipun jam check-in ditentukan jam 15.00 sore, bahkan sudah membawa masuk koper-koper tersebut ke dalam kamar saat kami check in tanpa kami minta sebelumnya. Sangat recommended, 10 bintang untuk Mimaru Hotel Kyoto Station.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mimaru. The Kyoto Station location was a short walking distance from the train station. Mitsu at the front desk was super helpful. The staff all spoke great English. The beds were on the firm side if that is something you prefer.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. While the reception staff was welcoming, recommending a great luggage forwarding service, and the location is a convenient 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, the room upkeep was completely unacceptable. This falls on management, not the front desk.
We stayed in a Pokémon room, which was the smelliest, dirtiest room of our Japan trip. It constantly smelled like feet and wet dogs, likely trapped in the carpet from hosting families with kids. The bathroom also smelled like sewage. I reported the odor after the first night; staff said they’d address it, but the smell returned hours later.
The room was beaten up and dirty for an expensive hotel. I found broken outlets, loose faucets, scratched walls, dust in the corners, and multiple food stains on the sofas and carpet.
Amenities were also a letdown. Under a "green" policy, you must request items at check-in, but they were incredibly cheap. The slippers had no padding and felt like plastic bags. Housekeeping never replaced them, forcing me to reuse them because the carpet was too dirty to step on. Also, irons are treated as "borrowed" items that must be returned immediately instead of having one available per room.
Management: Remodel these Pokémon rooms. They take the most abuse from kids. Remove the dirty carpets, fix the broken fixtures, deep clean, and inspect them strictly between stays.

We do not speak Japanese, but the person at the front desk checked my family of four in efficiently and spoke English.. she explained everything and was very personable and kind. The four-bed room was comfortable and clean-we even rented the Apple TV so we could watch Netflix and Hulu! The location is right across from the train station-very convenient. We checked out and left our luggage there to go shopping for a few hours before heading out to Osaka. This is a fabulous place and we would certainly stay here again!

We were disappointed in this property (we had just transfered from Mimaru Asakusa Station) & we found the staff not as helpful, the tap was broken in the kitchen & the over vibe of the place was not as good as the previous hotel. The location is very central though.

We loved our stay at this hotel and found it a great base to explore Kyoto with our two children. Rooms were perfect for a family of 4, clean and well equipped. Great view of the shinkansens out the window, lovely friendly staff and super easy access to the station.

Miramu Kyoto Station was the perfect place for my family to stay. It is steps away from the train station for ease of transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the reception area, there are binders of information - restaurants with food recommendations, sites to visit, etc. There is a laundry room which we used. It takes 400 yen for washing and 100 yen for 20 minutes of drying (can add several coins for the dryer). There is also a washer/dryer combo. I personally wouldn't recommend it. Our clothes didn't dry. If you do use it, don't put in a lot and not heavy clothes like jeans and sweatshirts. The combo costs more. The kitchen in our room was nice- it's stocked with forks etc, but we only used the microwave. When we left, they gave us a note thanking us for staying as well as our names written in Japanese. If I'm ever in Kyoto again, I'd definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel was amazing. Steps from the train station, the mall and 7-11. The staff was absolutely amazing - stored our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The personalized touches and attention to detail made our stay very special. The room was perfect for our family of four with lots of space.

Front desk staff were excellent. We really appreciated being able to borrow umbrellas and loved the list of other items to borrow, which included a straightening iron. Our family room was spacious and incredibly quiet. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
