MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi West

The staff at MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi WEST impressed us with their heartfelt hospitality. Their prompt and helpful support when we had issues with our tour booking was also greatly appreciated. Special shout out to Rai and Jake for their assistance. The room was spacious and comfortable. There are many eateries nearby, a Family Mart just beside the hotel, and a supermarket (with collaboration for 5% discount) a few minutes' walk away.

I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again the staff were awesome especially when we had an issue with our luggage. The hotel is close to everything clean and the rooms were comfortable.

This was our only stay at a MIMARU hotel during our 14-day trip to Japan, mostly because their popularity made them difficult and relatively expensive to book. I was curious to compare their services to the other hotels on our trip. What I found was that all the hotels we stayed at, including this one, were immaculately clean with very polite customer service. The kitchenette in our unit was nice and had everything we needed (no toaster though). The room itself was unusually large. I think that fact, combined with its popularity among families with young children and it's relative location to the fire station, made it slightly noisier than the other hotels we stayed at on our visit. There was no washer/dryer in the unit, but there was a coin operated one on the first floor (detergent included). This put it slightly behind the other hotels we stayed at that had washers in the unit. Where this hotel stood out though, was in it's warm multi-lingual hospitality, and it's relatively quiet (apart from the fire station) and convenient location. It was steps from the Yotsubashi station, which connects to the Shinsaibashi station via an underground mall. It was also steps away from a Family Mart and a very nice grocery store, with several other wonderful grocery stores nearby. And even though it was tucked in a quiet corner, it ended up being very close to all the action of the Dotonburi area.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in right away. It’s also very kid-friendly, with enough space for families to relax comfortably. The location was extremely convenient—close to a kobini (convenience store), supermarkets, and public transportation, which made getting around and grabbing essentials very easy. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
