A very smart and clean hotel with excellent friendly service. Room was well-appointed. The only improvements I would suggest would be more strength-training options in the fitness area/gym, plus opening hours for the pool to be extended, with the addition of a Sauna.

This hotel is premium and has the right personnel to make it a very pleasant experience and place to relax.
Our only concern was guidance to get to reception. Signage was limited and the twists and turns necessary to navigate through the structure was a bit of a challenge. Fortunately a receptionist was on the right level to provide guidance.
It would be more helpful if the email sent for an advanced check in also has a mapped guidance to find reception which is uniquely on the 20th floor… VERY important information.

If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Pool hours will change to 9 AM to noon and 3-9 PM on weekdays from July 1 to September 30, 2025. Access to the indoor and outdoor pools is available by reservation only, throughout the period from July 15 to September 30. Guests are required to reserve a time slot at check-in. Guests can reserve one session per night and each time slot is 50 minutes. A scheduled power outage will take place on January 18-19, 2026. All facilities that use power, including elevator and parking will not be available during this time. The restaurant, bar, and pool operation hours will be limited. Check-in time begins at 5 PM on January 19.

The staff at Mitsui was amazing and incredibly accommodating. The facilities (gym,pool,lobby and restaurant) were clean and room cleaning services were available everyday. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in, whole property was extremely clean and quiet, staff were lovely and polite, and everything about the room was incredible -- the size, the tasteful and extremely modern design, the huge TV, the super clean and spacious toilets. Breakfast buffet spread was limited but everything was quite good and I really enjoyed the food. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone I know!

Excellent service, helpful and cheerful! but we likely get the worst room in the building with a big pillar in the room, odd layout and very tight spot around the queen size bed. The room should be reserved for single traveller.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Breakfast was great, lots of choice.
My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good.
Hotel views are amazing.
Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station.
Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm.
Would love to go back.

It’s a walk to figure out the entry- then your check in starts at the 20th floor. ;) the pool is open 1500-2100. And it’s only like 2ft tall outside, it’s a cool vibe though. Breakfast pretty awesome for about $23 a person. Rooms are clean, spacious and the location is great. Make sure u plan your day and route so u don’t waste time in train stations getting around is a mind game for new travelers to Japan.
