What a beautiful hotel and unforgettable experience. Our room was incredibly serene and peaceful, creating the perfect retreat after exploring Kyoto. The staff graciously accommodated our request for a vegan breakfast and completely exceeded our expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was able to adapt the menu to accommodate my daughter’s many food allergies. We had two sinks, a giant bathtub and a private balcony. It was in a quiet, but accessible neighborhood near the Nijo Palace. Special shout out to Dodi, who was a great resource for sightseeing and dining out.
